• All decor items for each collection are created using high quality silk floral from some of the finest purveyors in the world. Bride has choice of either fresh floral or keepsake silk for her bouquet. Please keep in mind that fresh floral is not allowed to be taken through US Customs. For a nominal charge, why not have fresh flowers for the ceremony and take home the silk keepsake!

• The Sandals Suites with Butler Service come with the uncompromising attention of a personal butler trained to the highest standards by the elite Guild of Professional English Butlers, guests will be pampered throughout there stay in extraordinary ways. From unpacking to packing your luggage, attending to your wardrobe, serving a glorious repast on your terrace just to name a few. A Sandals suite, complete with your own personal butler, is the ultimate indulgence.  

Suite Concierge Program  

• The Suite Concierge Center opens daily with a dedicated Concierge staff to assist with requests including island tours, car rentals and just about anything you need.  

• Preferred check-in for all guests booked in concierge accommodations either in the Suite or at the Suite Center including Champagne upon arrival.  

• Upgraded amenity kit, personalized welcome letter in room/suite upon arrival and bon voyage gift of a Sandals DVD.  

• In-Suite bars with scotch, gin, vodka, rum, beer, red & white wine, champagne and assorted soft drinks.

Smoking Policy Please be advised that effective May 1, 2006 all Sandals resorts will be non-smoking in any enclosed areas.  

Examples are bars, restaurants, lobbies, conference facilities, retail facilities and nightclubs. Smoking will be permitted in all open areas and designated rooms  

General Information  

• Guests traveling on Air Jamaica can check in at the Air Jamaica check in desk located in the hotel lobby.  

• All slot machines have been removed (as of 1/24/06).  

• Tipping: Sandals Montego Bay has a "No Tipping" policy for all employees.  

• Orientation: Twice daily, 10:00am and 5:00pm for all guests in the Skydome.  

• Ambassadors are available for non-English speaking guests. They are fluent in Spanish, Italian & French.  

• Nurses Station - Opening hours: Monday-Friday: 8:00am- 4:00pm Saturdays & Sundays: 8:00am-11:00pm  

• A Doctor is on call 24 hours. Doctor's services are at an additional cost.  

• Exchange Privileges: Complimentary transfers and full exchange privileges to Sandals Inn and to Sandals Royal Caribbean.
